The Well Aging Suite is collaborating with “Emotion Defence”, a unique new training methodology combining NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and personal defense.
Thanks to Roberto’s extensive experience in self-defense, he has created a teaching method based on the link between our emotional response and the ability to react actively in stressful situations.
This training helps to dispel emotions such as anger, fear, frustration, repressed aggression and panic attacks. This extremely effective technique reduces stress, one of the main causes of malaise and premature aging (longevity), and improves self-perception, abilities and self-esteem.
Emotions influence physical responses because they are interconnected with our physiology and behavior.

Chiara, Italian by birth, discovered the world of Pilates 15 years ago, in the hope that the method would help alleviate her chronic lower back pain. Very happy with the results, the pain has completely disappeared!
Chiara was quickly won over by this training and lifestyle philosophy. Pilates soon becomes the best way to relieve everyday stress and fatigue.
After some professional reflection, she decided to make her passion her job. Chiara decided to reconsider her career objectives (beautician and masseuse) and take the time to train as a Pilates instructor at Body Balance University.
Communicative, emphatic and precise, Chiara will assess your needs and help you to progress. With good humor and optimism, she’ll help you discover your inner potential!
